Welcome to the website about our plans for the Ozone Leisure Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pioneer Group and Firoka Group are working closely with the local community and Oxford City Council to secure the long-term future of Ozone Leisure Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following engagement with the city council and local community, a planning application was submitted last year. Since then, the design team has continued to refine the proposals through ongoing dialogue with the city council\u2019s planning officers, and we have now submitted an updated planning application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The key elements of the scheme, which we recognise remain of particular importance to local residents, are unchanged. This includes provision of a dedicated leisure building for a five \/ six-screen cinema, a bowling and arcade offer. There will also be a range of additional spaces for caf\u00e9s, restaurants, retail and community use.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
