The first round of consultation has now closed, and we are currently reviewing the feedback received. Further information will be shared once the feedback from this round of public consultation has been reviewed.<br><br>An outline planning application focuses on the big picture elements of a proposal &#8211; such as how the site will be accessed, the key principles behind the design, and the amount of development being proposed.<br>The finer details (such as the appearance of buildings, landscaping, street layouts and materials) are to be agreed later through a Reserved Matters application.<br><br>There will be more opportunities to get involved before those later \u201creserved matters\u201d applications are submitted.<br><br>These future reserved matters will set out the detailed design of the homes, streets and green spaces, and we will continue to engage with the community as plans develop.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Feedback Thank you to everyone who attended our public consultation events in May 2026 and provided feedback on the proposals.
